6-Day Self-Guided Dingle Way Hike – Kerry Camino

The 6-day Dingle Way Kerry Camino Hike takes you on a beautiful journey through the Dingle Peninsula. This area is one of Ireland’s most stunning regions. The full trail begins at St. John’s Church in Tralee and finishes at St. James’ Church in Dingle.

As you travel from Tralee to Dingle, you follow the path of Saint Brendan. Each step shares a story of old traditions and beautiful nature.

Starting in Tralee, a lively town with a rich history and culture. The trail takes you through beautiful old pilgrim paths, peaceful country roads, and scenic coastal trails. These paths offer beautiful views of tall mountains, green valleys, and the powerful Wild Atlantic.

As you explore these landscapes, you will see beautiful coastlines and green fields. This shows the true spirit of Ireland’s wild nature.

During your adventure, you will enjoy restful nights in charming towns and villages. Places like Camp, Annascaul, and Dingle each offer a unique taste of local culture and warm hospitality.

In Camp, enjoy the calm of country life. In Annascaul, visit historical sites and learn about the area’s rich history. In Dingle, enjoy the lively atmosphere. Experience traditional music and visit local shops. Relax in cosy pubs. This place is a favourite coastal spot.

The highlight of the hike is the dramatic journey from Dingle to Dunquin, where the trail hugs rugged cliffs, delivering breathtaking views of the Blasket Islands and the endless Atlantic—an experience that will remain etched in your memory. After enjoying Dunquin’s natural beauty, you go back to Dingle for one last night. Celebrate the end of your trip in the town’s lively charm and the lasting appeal of southwest Ireland.
