Our Burren Aran islands Connemara Hike offers three fascinating regions in one amazing holiday. The Burren is almost “lunar” in appearance as limestone pavements cover the landscape, hiding an array of flowers that are not found anywhere else in Ireland. The Aran Islands are a cultural joy, keeping so many Irish traditions alive, including the language, music & song. Add to that an incredible number of ancient monuments, some of which you will see as you hike around the largest of these islands. Connemara is mountainous, a wilderness with bogland and lakes everywhere you turn with a beauty that inspires as you hike this land. This is a superb holiday with such an array of experiences you will want more time to absorb it all fully.
