Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be free from damage, stains, odours or signs of wear
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised, customised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, Ireland Walk Hike Bike will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund, including any applicable return postage costs.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item has been damaged in transit
- The wrong item was supplied
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
