Kerry Way & Dingle Way Luggage Transfers

*Bag weight is limited to 15 kg per bag. Bags heavier than this weight limit may not be transported.

*Baggage should be ready for collection by 09.00, clearly labelled using labels provided.
Your bags will be delivered no later than 3pm.

*If staying in AirBnB's or similar please note the booker needs to arrange an easily accessible location for bag collection and drop at each location. Details of which need to be provided to IWHB in advance.

*If you have more bags than originally booked a supplement for all transfers will be incurred and will need to be paid before the next transfer is due. If not all remaining transfers will be cancelled.

*Bags tied together count as multiple bags.

*Items should not be tied to the outside of the bags - this could result in bags not being transferred.

*Valuable items, such as Laptops or tablets, are transported at the owners risk. IWHB do not accept any responsiblity for any damages that may be incurred.

*Cancellations:

If you need to cancel at any stage of your tour, please contact us by email.


*Cancellation fees are as follows:


Up to 72 hours before first transfer: 10% of total booking amount.


Up to 48 hours before first transfer: 50% of total booking amount.


Less than 48 hours before first transfer or during tour: 100% of total booking amount.

*Accommodation Changes:
We need to be notified of any accommodation immediately to avoid any errors in delivery.
