Wanderlust……we all have it but many are slow to make a booking during this time of uncertainty with COVID 19 & travel restrictions.
To make the decision to book your Irish adventure we have introduced new balance payment terms and cancellation/ postponement options:
Our new balancing payment deadline is 28 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation – due to COVID restrictions
We will request a deposit of €150.00 per person to confirm all new bookings. However, for 2022, this will no longer be non-refundable. If you were to cancel due to restrictions imposed on travel by our government or your government we will be able to refund you €100.00 per person up to 28 days before your trip.
If you need to cancel your trip between 28 days and 14 days prior to your holiday start date 50% of all monies paid will be refundable.
If you need to cancel your trip less than 14 days prior to arrival all monies paid are non-refundable.
If you were to cancel for any reason other than COVID 19 our standard terms & conditions apply.
Postponement – due to COVID restrictions
We will allow you to postpone your trip (due to COVID restrictions) and transfer all monies paid to another date up to 14 days before your trip. You do not need to have your new dates on hand at the time of postponement, we will hold your payment on file up to the end of 2023.
If you have to postpone within 14 – 7 days of your arrival we are happy to transfer your total payment amount minus the €150 deposit per person to your new date.
If you need to postpone within 7 days we will recoup as much of the total payment (less your deposit) as possible to credit towards your new dates.
