Wanderlust……we all have it but many are slow to make a booking during this time of uncertainty with COVID 19 & travel restrictions.
To make the decision to book your Irish adventure we have introduced new balance payment terms and cancellation/ postponement options:
We will continue to request a deposit of €150.00 per person to confirm all bookings. However, during the pandemic, this will no longer be non-refundable. If you were to cancel due to restrictions imposed on travel by our government or your government we will be able to refund you €100.00 per person up to 4 weeks before your trip. If you were to cancel for any reason other than COVID 19 our standard terms & conditions apply.
We will allow you to postpone your trip and transfer your monies paid to another date up to 2 weeks before your trip. You do not need to have your new dates on hand at the time of postponement, we will hold your payment on file up to the end of 2022.
Our new final payment deadline is 4 weeks prior to your arrival. If, for any reason, you need to cancel after this date your balancing payment will be refundable (less 5% transaction fees).
If you have to postpone after this deadline the balance payment can be transferred to your new date, held on file as above, or refunded less the transaction fees.
